Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VOV Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications (the "Apps") and this website. By using our Apps you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or address. However, our Apps use third-party services that may automatically collect:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)
• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and app-set ID
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• App usage data, crash logs and performance diagnostics
• In-app purchase records (processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details)

2. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain and improve our games
• To understand how players use the Apps and fix crashes
• To show advertisements, including personalised ads where you have consented

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are served.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 unless specifically stated on the store listing. Where an App is designed for or may be used by children, we configure advertising and analytics to comply with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy: personalised ads are disabled and only Families-certified ad SDKs are used. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Analytics and crash data are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, according to the retention settings of the respective providers. You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by emailing vovstudiosmail@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and including the game name and, if possible, your device's Advertising ID. We will process requests within 30 days. You can also uninstall the App to stop all further collection.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data. Contact us to exercise them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
