These Terms govern your use of games and apps published by VOV Studios. By downloading or using our Apps you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps on your devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, cheat, hack or exploit the Apps, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
Virtual currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
4. Advertising
Our Apps may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including graphics, code, names and logos, is owned by VOV Studios or its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOV Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
